Richardson Care is a Person-centred rehabilitation, therapy and residential care for adults with an acquired brain injury or learning disabilities. Established for over 30 years, Richardson Care is family owned and run, launching a new brand and website in January 2020. With a portfolio of six residential care homes in Northampton, we offer a range of services to suit different needs. We are innovative in our approach to supporting adults with complex needs, delivering positive outcomes for the people in our care. Our residential care packages are tailored to meet the needs of each individual, ensuring that they have the right level of care and support. Our multi-disciplinary clinical support team includes a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Assistant Psychologists, Neuro-Psychiatrist, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech & Language Therapists. Our dedicated care staff receive regular training in all aspects of their work and are trained to carry on and support the work of the therapists. Experienced in managing different levels of challenging behaviour, our aim is to enable service users to fulfil their potential.
