Alan is a qualified nurse who has worked in the health and social care sector for over 30 years. He has significant experience in service redesign and innovation, delivering new provision models and services to clients across the UK.

Alan originally joined Voyage Care as a Managing Director. In November 2022, he transitioned into the role of Development Director for Brain Injury services – a new role focused on the development and growth of our Brain Injury Rehabilitation program.
