Vicki has worked in the health and social care sector since 2009. She has spent most of her career working within brain injury rehabilitation and mental health services, but has also gained essential experience in various other rehabilitation pathways.

Vicki has also previously worked in Forensic Mental Health services for the NHS. Alongside her rich professional career, Vicki has achieved a level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management and has recently completed her degree in Chartered Management.
